The Farmers Report ("we," "us," or "our") is a crowdsourced agricultural data platform operated at thefarmersreport.com. Our purpose is to give farmers across the United States access to real-world crop price and yield data submitted by their peers.

Crop & yield submissions. When you submit your harvest data through the Submit Your Data form, we collect: state, county, harvest year, crop type, variety (optional), units, units per acre, and price per unit. This data is stored in our database and used to generate the aggregated statistics and reports visible on this site.
Contact form messages. When you use our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Email alert subscriptions. If you sign up for crop price alerts, we collect your email address and your chosen alert scope (county, state, or region). We use this only to send you relevant price notifications. To unsubscribe, contact us through our Contact page.
Browser storage. We store small pieces of data in your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your submission history and last-viewed crop so the site works better for you on return visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect your name, IP address, or location when you submit crop data. We do not require account creation or login.
